A PROfessionals Resource Organization (PRO)

PRO is a new concept in providing Employer products and services to businesses. The Employer pays the Employee for the services rendered and then pays the PEO for handling and providing the Human Resources to their Employee. While the Employer maintains more control of their Employees, they pay large fees to the PEO over and above the cost of the services provided for providing those services.
